Williams has been eat short by the local Stewards, who announced tiie indefinite suspension of the notorious •bush" rider immediately after the closing race today. The specific charges were criminal looking rides on Man re May 22 and on Little Joker and The Caplain in the second and fourth races on the day following. The betting on all three was suspicious and foreshadowed their subsequent poor performances. Two favorites managed to get home in front this afternoon, outsiders and Second choices accounting for the remain ler of the card. The feature race. the handicap at six furlongs, was a spectacular affair.
