Haggin at Banrbo del Paso and was sold at auction at Sheeps-liead Pay last June to Pred Kurlew for .33 . After seeing him work threc-e.igths of a mile in :4? at Grave Send May ;, trainer Matt Allen, of the si able of James P. Prady. offered Burlew 5,000 for Ohapultepec. The offer was promptly refused. Bancs, the chestnut filly by Falsefto or Alvescot — Waloma, the newcomer at Louisville today, was bred and is owned by George J. Long. She is the lirst foal of her dam. a •■onng mare by Sabine, out of Julia Magee. by Springbok. Aromatize, the chestnut filly by Sir Dixon — BrightHght, coming out for the first lime at Toronto today, is a full sister to that good racehorse John Pright and to Raining Dew. the dam of Estrada Palma. Aromatize was bred by Colonel E. F. Clay at Kunnyiuode Stud and was sold last fall to J. L. Holland for 50.
