LONG SAYS SIR CLEGES IS FAST. Cincinnati, O., July S. George J. Long, of Hash-ford .Manor, Is at Latonia. He is just from the east and saw some of the big races there and was rather disappointed over the showing made by Ar-elto. He- said: "We will have to let up on Areite for a while, I guess. Sir Iluon is still ailing, but is getting gallops right along. Tlie veterinary says that he will lie ready for fall racing. Sir Cleges is a big fellow and a very fast colt, but I tell you that I have got a whole lot of others that are very fast. Colin is a wonder and he has a hock as big as a mans head, but he can run for all that." Mr. Long will, as usual, ship his horses to Saratoga and spend his vacation there.
