MOTOR A LIKELY JUMPER. New York, July IS. Just now there is considerable interest in the three-year-old steeplechasers, a number of which have already been schooled, and if the reports of the track watchers are true Gwyn Tompkins has a green horse of undoubted merit in .Motor, a bay gelding by Tlie Commoner - Treacle, which he bought from T. C. McDowell. Motor not only Is a horse of good conformation for jumping, but has taken very kindly to tlie game, and predictions are already freely made that he will be one of the good developments of the year.
