ANOTHER TRACK FOR LOUISVILLE. Louisville, Ky., July 31. W. W. Daviess, a nephew of W. E. Applegate, says lie is organizing an association to build another race track near this city. He says the capital stock will be $."00,000; that he has taken an option on 200 acres of land at 20,000, and that 350,000 will be expended in fitting the plant for racing. Mr. Daviess has gone to New York to complete certain negotiations and says that within a week he will be able to supply more definite Information as to the venture.
