WILL RACE ON TEXAS CIRCUIT. Buffalo, N. Y., July 31. Dr. Flowers, secretary of the Texas Thoroughbred Breeders Association, was a visitor at Fort Erie this afternoon. Ho is here in the Interest of the stakes offered on the Louisiana and Texas circuit and reports that the following horsemen will ship from here to Shrcve-port, where tlie racing will begin October 5. J. . Gray, E. Trotter. J. W. Burttschell, P. M. Chill, O. J. Stafford, C. E. Mahono, F. Luzader, B. L. Marders and J. W. McClernand.
