STONE HAS BROKEN COLLARBONE. Saratoga, N. Y., August 0. Harry Stone, the steeplechase jockey, is herewith his arm in a sling. Stone had his collarbone broken at Gravescnd Saturday morning while schooling Sandalwood. Stone has had hard luck "In so far as riding at Saratoga is concerned. He has never succeeded In getting here sound. lie does not expect to be laid -up a great while this season, however. Ills Injury. Is not serious, and he thinks It more than likely he will be in the saddle again In ten days. Stones services will be needed before the meeting Is over. The Saratoga Associations cross-country program is a good one, and there are many excellent jumpers hero to race.
