RACE IS DECLARED OFF. Buffalo, N. Y., August 14. The fourth race as sent out on tomorrows Fort Brie program has been declared off. Peter Sterling pulled up lame this afternoon and was scratched and Ben Stilles owner also withdrew his colt.
