DOUGLAS PARK DEAL IS OFF. New York, August 14. John Ilachmelstcr was among todays visitors at Yonkers. He had a conference with Matt J. Winn. He said that the deal for Douglas Park by the Kentucky State Fair management has for the present fallen through. Mr. Ilachmelstcr will leave tomorrow for a short tour through europe.
