COVINGTON ROOM KEEPER HELD. Cincinnati, O., September 11. War on the poolrooms near Covington is bearing some fruit. County Attorney Frank Tracy lias succeeded in having prisoners arrested last Thursday held under bond for the grand jury. The men were arrested in a room near Lewlsburg by Deputy Sheriff Henge-hold and a squad of other officers. More than 150 patrons of the room were allowed to go, only the proprietors being held.
