Kane, lias sued the Southern Railway for ,000 damages for the loss of the Hanover mare, Fleeting Moments, killed in an accident on the llite near Harrodsburg,. Ky. Colonel Jack Chlnn has filed In the jMercer County court a mortgage for $."0,000 on bis 407-acre stock farm, stallions, broodmares, yearlings and all of the crops. The mortgage follows one made four- years ago for 5,000. It is to cover an indebtedness mostly owed to Harrodsburg banks.
