Photographer, oft forwardly, ran in behind Griften to the stretch turn, where he moved up fast, caught the latter tiring in the stretch and, finishing gamely, was going away at the end. Roval Artlllerv finished gamely under the whip and outstayed Griften in the final drive. The latter outbroke his opponents and set a fast early pace, but was tiring through the last quarter. Tenez ran on the outside for the entire trip. Harry Riclieson closed a big gap. Our Boy, a quick beginner, set a fast early pace and ran to his best form. Mamar-oncck was buffeted about on the stretch turn. McQuhldy was pulled up on the far turn. Restoration broke slowly and was carried very wide on the first turn and turn out of the backstretcli, but came fast after entering the homestretch and, wearing Chippewa down, outgamed him tit the end. The latter, off forwardly, ran in behind Gold Note until making the turn out of the backstretcli, where lie dashed to the front, but tired under punishment in the last furlong. Dele Strome came through on the inside on the turn into the homestretch and made a game challenge at the furlong post, but tired in the Inst sixteenth. Crafty was pulled up at the start.
