ROSEBEN ON THE WAY TO RECOVERY. New York, September 24. Rosebens condition Is much Improved, according to trainer Frank D. Weir. His temperature Is normal and he eats heartily. But his swollen hind leg In which blood poisoning set In last Wednesday was still very painful. Just now the veterinarlea believe that Roseben will pnll through, but whether he will ever be able to race again is a matter of some doubt. "The Big Train" has lost nearly one hundred pounds since be was stricken.
