ONeill was cut off soon after the start and outrun all the way. Penrhyn closed a gap. The winner was entered for 00; no bid. Picktlme fenced well and was a game contender at all stages, forced Humorist along at a very rapid pace in the second turn of the field and drew away after the latter fell. Dacra was under punishment all of 1he last furlong to stall off The Chef. The latter lacked his usual stretch run and fenced poorly. But-well was never dangerous. Throw out his race. Humorist showed a good performance for a green horse and was interfered with by the winner at the last jump, where he fell. The latter ran in suddenly improved form and finished fast after being carried wide. Yankee Rose broke slowly, but closed a gap steadily and finished gamely. Emergency, outrun in the early stages, came fast in the stretch, but plnued his ears back when Klein began to hand ride him. Edgely broke slowly, was outrun all the way and can do much better. Rather Royal outbroko the others and set a fast early pace and ran a good race. Careless was hard ridden all the way and driving to the limit at the end to stall off Jungle Imp. Canopian was crowded against the inside fence on th; first turn and forced to pull up. Mortiboy ran a very bad race, much bolow his true form. The latter was carried wide on the far turn and when entering the homestretch. Senator Paynter, off in a tangle, had to overcome much early interference and closed a big gap and finished with a rush. Out of Step showed the most early speed, but failed to stay. Linda Lakes race should be thrown out. The winner was entered for 00; no bid. Scratched 71393 Denial, 9Q.
