CHARLEY TO BE RACED AGAIN. One of the dozen horses .T. J. McCaffcrly will take to Xew Orleans this winter for J. A. "Wern-berg will be Charley, which has not raced this year. Charley is a four-year-old bay colt by This Kcntuck-ian Clcora, and was only once unplaced in thirteen races run as a two and three-year-old. Charley ran his first race at Gravesend, September 2.!. 1!05, and finished second to Benevolent. . Ho beat Lancastrian and eleven others jn his second start at Brighton Beach four, days later. September 20, at - the same track, he defeated Brookdale Nymph and Fine Cloth in decisive fashion after meeting with much interference, running the six furlongs in t:l:t. 1 1 is fourth and last race of the year was at Aquoduc.!.
