SUFFRAGE BADLY INJURED. . New York, December 7. Suffrage, the four-year-old chestnut filly, by Voter Queenston, from the stable of James R. Keene, was to have been shipped to Castleton Stud at Lexington, Ky:, in, the horse car which John Miller runs weekly between New York and Kentucky points. In loading, Suffrage stepped off the loading platform and was so badly injured in the stifle that trainer Rowe took her back to Shcepshcad Bay, where she is now under treatment by veterinary Sheppard. it will be some time before she fully, recovers.
