La Gloria faltered slightly when an eighth out under the whip, but rallied in the closing strides. All Alone showed much speed, but tired badly when the pinch came. Gabrielle went well for a half. The latter showed speed, but tired in the final eighth. Early Tide was cut off when turning for homo, but came fast In the final sixteenth. Botanist ran a dull race, but finished gamely. Frank Flittner showed much early speed and finished resolutely. J. F. Donohue began slowly, but came witli a rush while rounding the lurn into the homestretch and finished fast.
