DURYEAS COMING TWO-YEAR-OLDS. New York, December 14. Simon nealey Has taken charge of the Herman B. Duryea Stable in the absence of .Tolin Hugglns. who Has left for Texas, where lie will spend the Holidays on his ranch In the Lone Star State. In the stable are six old Horses, namely. Running Water, Bedouin, Dreamer, lien Ban, Whip- Top and Marutiion, besides a splendid-looking band of fifteen yearlings, embracing three whole colts, four geldings and eight fillies. The best of them is undoubtedly the Griffon Pillowdex gelding, which was named Strike Out shortly after .Mr. Duryea purchased him from Fred Burlew last summer for 5,000. Strike Out lias been named for the Annual Champion and Tidal Stakes of two years hence and many other stakes. Another colt, by Diamond Jubilee Teetorum II., is the unnamed Half-brother to Whip Top ami a bay of fine proportions-, which has been named for thu Lawrence Realization and Annual Champion. The pedigrees of the other thirteen youngsters which are destined to carry the Duryea colors in the juvenile races next spring are as follows: Bay colt, by Toddington La Fleur.
