PERSONATING EX-JOCKEY FULLER. Dispatches In the daily press tell a story about ex-jockey Grovcr Cleveland Fuller being in limbo at Belllngham, Wash., on one forgery charge and with a lot of other charges hanging over him. Fuller has ,sins enough to answer for, but so far dishonesty is not known to be among them. The .Belllngham culprit Is probably a relative or a mas-queradcr, as the real Fuller is known to have been in New York last Sunday, and was given a benefit in a New York theater last Saturday night.
