Craftsman, prominent all the way, ran a good race and will prohfblj reverse this running. Wr.rden stood a hard drive all the way and but for swerving in the stretch would have won. Guy Fisher showed the most early speed, but tired slightly in the last seventy yards. Swing, going wide most of the way, ran fairly well. Irrigator was taken back soon after the star: when he attempted to go wide and then closed a gap. Jean Wilson showed speed and but for going wide would have been closer up.
