January 22. — At the annual meeting of the board of directors of the Saratoga Racing Association held in this city yesterday, the follow ins officers were elected: President, Francis R. Hitchcock: vice-president. Harry Payne Whitney; secretary and treasurer, Andrew Miller. Executive L" Committee — Francis R. Hitchcock, Andrew Miller. K. I. Wilson. Jr.. H. P. Whitney, T. Hitchcock, Jr.. and H. B Duryea. Although ten days of the Saratoga meeting are overlapped by the dates of the Empire City Racing ~ Associations meetijig at Youkers, practically the " entire schedule of stakes offered last summer will 11 lie renewed.
