CHANGE PLANS FOR FORT ERIE MEETING, New Orleans, La.. February S.— J. H. Madigan, who. witli Messrs. "ilia. Condon and Stuart, is interested in the Fort .Erie track, announced today that L. W. Maitinn. who is at present serving as I secretary of both associations here, will be engaged 1 in Ike same capacity at the Canadian track.
