RACING EXPERIMENT FQR PHILADELPHIA New York May 13 The Pennsylvania Horse Breeding and Racing Association will give a three days meeting on May 19 21 and 23 at Belmont Park Narbeth Pa not far from Philadelphia There will be five races each day including several crosscountry events The betting will he confined to wagers between individuals If the affair is a go It will he made a permanent feature featureFrank Frank J Bryan is to have charge of the meeting and E C La Montague has hecn appointed steward to represent the Nation Steeplechase and Hunt Association under which rules ine racing is con ¬ ducted
