rENTUCKY COMMISSION TO STAND FIRM Mnclnnati 0 July 9 After Latonias welsh Milton Young and E F Clay of the Kentucky Rac ¬ ing Commission declared that there was and will be no change in their attitude toward the antl bookinaker iwlicy of the commission and while they declined to answer the question of what the com ¬ mission might do in the future they left the im ¬ pression that they would stand firm and that at least one of the three other members would vote with them when the question will come up in con ¬ nection with applications for fall dates for Lexing ¬ ton Latouia and Louisville
