HEASLIP TO BE PRESIDENT AND MANAGER. New Orleans. La., October 22. Samuel F. Heasllp. president of the City Park Jockey Club, will be president and general manager of the holding company which will conduct ninety days of winter racing here, opening December 5. This decision was reached at a conference today. Scott Campbell, of Lexington. Ky.. will be his assistant. He Is a nephew of Dr. Joe and Ike Campbell of this city.
