ASK SALE OF KENILWORTH PARK. Buffalo, N. Y., November 9. Papers filed in the county clerks office here Saturday morning show that August Belmont and Walter Lutgeji of New-York have brought suit against the Buffalo .Racing Association, owners of the Kenilworth race track property, to foreclose a 5,000 mortgage on that property. According to the papers in the case the plaintiffs loaned the Buffalo Racing Association 5,000 on October 3. 1905, taking a Iiond for 50,000 and a mortgage on the Kenilworth property for 5,000 as security. The mortgage fell due on October 3 and. according to the plaintiffs, has not been paid. The plaintiffs claim the 5,000 and interest from April 3. The complaint demands judgment for the amount claimed due and demand that the property be sold to satisfy the bond and mortgage. Kenilworth Park had no racing this year.
