With more than 200 thoroughbreds stabled at Montgomery Park and with the coming of more than twenty head owned by Rome Itcspess. who has never wintered in this section unless there was winter racing furnished, turfmen hereabouts pretend to have already seen enough in the "signs" to cause them to predict a successful revival of racing at Hot Springs. Other owners who are logging their aged horses In mild preparation for the anticipated meeting at the Arkansas resort are Pat Civill with the string owned by Nugent Bros, of Illinois: Albert Simons, with Gretna Green and others, including yearling sons of Sllverdale.
