PROBABLE NEW YORK PROGRAM. New York March SI. — II is now certain that there will be few breaks, if any. in the Jockey Club tracks racing dales when they are announced. Tlie opinion is that the season will be opened Mav IS bv the Westchester Racing Association at Belmont Park. So much has leaked out since Mondays .Tockcv Club meeting al whieh all the racing associations were represented The organizations and officials present at the meeting were: Schuvler L. Parsons, repre seniing the Coney Island Jockey Club: R. T. Wilsou Jr.. and Andrew Miller, representing tlie Saratoga Racing Association: Francis R. Hitchcock, represent ing the Coney Island Jockey lub and the Saratoga Racing Association: Philip J. Dwver. representing the Brooklyn Jockey Club and the Queens County Jockey Club; James Butler, representing the Krupire City Racing Association: August Belmont and S. S How laud, representing the Westchester Racing As soiation. and W. H. Reynolds, representing the Metropolitan Jockey Club.
