KENTUCKY BETTING DECISION EARLY. Frankfort. Ky.. April 1.".. — By an agreement between attorneys for the Latonia Jockey Club and the Kentucky leafing Commission, the Kentucky State Court of Appeals yesterday advanced for oral argument on May i the appeal of the commission from Judge Ilaibcsons deeision in Kenton Circuit Court holding the legislative act creating the commission iineonstitutional. The decision is expected before May 18. which is ten days before the oiieniiig of the Latouia meeting. The full bench of the court will hear the argument and consider the ciuestions presented to it uimiii the appeal from Judge Ilarbosons decision. The Jockey Club will lie represented in the court here by attorney Harvey Myers, of Covington, and the racing commission by Beckham A McQuown and J. Morgan Chinn. The case will be submitted upon the day it is argued.
