JAMESTOWN MEETING ENDS. Norfolk. Ya.. Mav 29. — The spring meeting of the Jamestown Jockey :lub came to a close bidav. The attendance was the largest of the meeting. The si« rt was marred bv an accident in the feature event, a handicap for three year-Olds and upward. The field was reduced by scratches to three horses-Pearl Point, KsHmii and Mystilier. All were heavily supported. Away in a perfect line thev raced to getlnr for a sixteenth. Fschau. bearing in slightly, pinched off Mystifier. The latter tell. Pearl Point then opened a gap of several lengths, hut Eschau wore him down and won by a neck.
