RACING FOR LOUISIANA STATE FAIR. Shrevepoit. I I. .Tune 24.--According to the program announced by Secretary I.. N. RrueggerhotT. horse ra-ing will be one of the main features of the State Kair here next November. The racing will begin November 1. the opening day of the fair, and continue six days, with several events, harness and running, each afteraoon. Owners of some of the fastest horses in the south have applied for in format ino, indicating their intention to come here following the Dallas races, which close a day .before the program begins at Btrevepart. Several thousand dollars will be given awav in purses. The races will be held under the Texas Thoroughbred Associa tion rules.
