OPTIMISTIC OF THE EUTURE JAMES R. KEENE SEES BRIGHT OUTLOOK FOR AMERICAN TURF. Vice-President of the Jockey Club Declares That Best Days of Racing Axe Before . Us and Not Behind. New York. July 6.
