BRITISH COLUMBIA BREEDERS ORGANIZE. Victoria, B. C, July 23. Preliminary steps have been taken to form a British Columbia association for the improvement of the breed of horses. A committee lias been designated with power to Increase their number, to prepare incorporation papers and confer with the .different .breeders throughout British Columbia as to the best steps to take for the welfare of the breeding industry.
