ARGUMENTS IN KENTUCKY CASE. Frankfort. Ky.. September 23. The case of the Kentucky State Racing Commission against the La-tonia Jockej Club, which was scheduled for oral, argument before the Court of Appeals yesterday, was postponed until today, when the opposing attorneys were allowed one hour each In which to present the case to the court. Harvey Myers presented the Jockey Clubs side of the controversy. No decision is expected immediately and the outcome of the case will not affect the proposed race meeting of twenty-four days at the Latouia track this fall, as the decision will not become effective until thirty days after its tiling, by which time the proposed meeting would be over with.
