JUMPERS FOR BELMONT PARK MEETING. New York. Mav 0. — W. A. Gorman, superintendent of Belmont Park track, will open the steeplechase field at that course tomorrow for the at 111- inodatioti of trainers of jumpers who wish to school their horses. The steeplechase brigade is pretty well scattered this season, but with the opening at Belmont Park many of the jumpers that raced at Baltimore will be back here. Col. Roliert Neville, good siHirtsniau of Virginia, is gone. James W. Colt, who raced an extensive stable in other seasons, is in business abroad. J. E. Widener has deserted t . the Preaeh courses and Ceorge Saportas. who was always ;;ood for a few under colors, will not race this season.
