ITEMS FROM BLUE GRASS REGION. Lexington, Ky., August 27. — Trainer Charles Flwtcher moved the St. James Stable of twelve horses to the Kentucky Association track from the farm this morning. J. O. Keene has made arrangements to quarter the twenty-six yearlings in the Camden string at the Versailles fair grounds during the fall meeting here. Rain precluded fast work at the local track this week. The best move was a half by Joe Morris in 01 seconds. Secretary Shelley is receiving many applications for stable" room from owners in New York and Canada and entries to the stakes to close next Wednesday are coining in satisfactorily. Mr. Shelley says that no meeting here ever bad more flattering prospects.
