August 4 ami came to a close August 31, embraced twenty-four rat-ins days and entailed the distribution of 63,310 in stakes ami purses. In the latter respect Saratosa easily holds lirst place anions American Hit tints of l.HO, the daily average distribution being far and away iu excess of any other so far held or tu he held.
