SALT LAKE PLANT BURNED. Salt Lake City. Utah, September 2.— The srand- stand and a section of the stables at Boens vista race track were destroyed by lire last night. The loss is alK.ut 9,090. The track Is owned bv the Ftah Jockey Club, and the recent passage of an aiiti-bookniakitis ordinance bv the city, council led the management of the track to transfer to Ogden the fall meeting, which it had been proposed lo hold here.
