GOLDEN set thq early pace and, after being passed momentarily, shook off RORROWER in the homestretch and drew away into a long lead in the last furlong. STARTLER gained steadily from a slow, start and out-gamed the tiring RORROWER for second place. The latter outbroke the others, but quit after going a good half mile. IM THERE closed a gap and came fast through the homestretch. FI.ORRIE RRYAX luade up much ground. MYRTLE MARIOX showed speed, but quit. IDLEWEISS closed a big gap. came through on the inside in the stretch and was a fast going second. TRUSTEE ran well, lmt tired and kept bearing out in the homestretch. THE WHIP ran fairly well only. HUDAS SISTER closed a gap early, but tired in the stretch and just lasted long enough to outstay f STARBOARD for third place. The latter ran forwardly and made a game finish. KING COBALT was speedy, but was tiring at the finish. DARLING ran poorly and was never prominent. The winner, entered for 00, was bid lip to ,000 and sold to the Reverwyek Stable. REN IIOAAE ran prominently for three-quarters, lmt quit in the homestretch. STAR BLUE ran like a non-stayer and quit badly in the stretch racing., AUSTIN STURTEVAXT showed carlv speed. PULKA pulled up lame. PRINCELIKE ran well. CAMEL followed ST. JOSEPH closelv to the stretch and quit finally. Overweights Pulka. 1 pound.
