Your wager on Dcnecn in the fifth race at Oakland December 31 was a draw, Denecn not being in the race. C. F., Chicago. If the limit meant time of going to post the bet was ip time and lost. If it included the time of running it was a draw. G. F. I., Chicago. Tho straight bet on Jack Parker lost. The place and show bets were draws, there being no separate prices against him.
