MAJOR DAINGERFIELDS PREDICTION. Lexington, Ky., January 5. The feature of a meeting of breeders of horses of all types in Kentucky here today was the address of Maj. Foxhall A. Raingcrfield on "The Thoroughbred Horse." He bandied his subject masterfully and iu conclusion predicted that the day Is near when legislation born of piejudice and ignorance will vanish and the thoroughbred will again come into his own.
