TOURISTS PATRONIZE TAMPA TRACK. Tampa. Fla.. January 11. Favorites rewarded I t heir hackers in handsome fashion this arternoon. . The racing was snappier than formerly and the finishes - spirited. Teddy Bear aud Black Chief continued in their winning streak, both taking purses s today with ease. Jockey Koerners overconfidence almost caused him .to lose the opening dash with i Topsy Robinson. The judge warned him against a l repetition. Todays attendance was augmented considerably by the advance guard of the host of tourists so conspicuous in this locality during January and February. - Several of .the riders were fined nominal sums today by the judges for rough riding.
