MR. CAREY ON CHICAGO RACING. Among the visitors at Moncrief on Saturday was Toni Carey, of Chicago. He was well pleased with the city, and the racing that is being carried on here. He particularly jiiicntioued the manner under which the meeting was being conducted. He is HHiiewhat pessimistic over the situation in Chicago, lint believes .that if the old crowd would step down :itul out and permit the pooling of the tracks under the care of a new organization of business men that one meeting a year would be allowed to replace old Washington Park. He thinks that with the changes that could be made, no great objection would be taken by those who have been opposed to racing in the past few years. Jacksonville Metropolis. i
