JUAREZ MEETING MAY BE EXTENDED. Racing, at Mexican Course to Be Resumed Today and May Continue Into April. El Paso. Tex.. January 27. "The race track at Juarez is there to stay," said Col. .Matt Winn, general manager of the Jockey Club Juarez in commenting on a story published in San Francisco papers to the effect that the Juarez plant was to be abandoned and a new plant constructed at Tia Juana in Lower California. "The present 100 days meeting will be run off as scheduled," continued Colonel Winn, "and there is a probability that we will extend racing into April. Colonel Winn added that the meeting will be extended if conditions permit it. After a respite of several days because of unfavorable track conditions, racing will be resumdd at Juarez tomorrow.
