LUNA BEALL liegan slowly, but finished with a rush. t ROYAL TEA ran well, but was never dangerous. ETHEL AYICKS ran green, but finished well. TIE THOMAS, off badly, closed a big gap. then tired. TOY BOY forced a fast pace and hung on gamely to the end. but was tiring in the final strides. FRANK MULLENS took the lead quickly and set a hot pace, but tired badly from excessive early use. MEADOW received a bud ride, was next to the rail in the early running and cut off twice and, when she succeeded in getting out, had to go around on the outside and made a fast finish.
