NOTES OF THE TURF. U. I. Williams is said to he contemplating a trip abroad sifter the Jacksonville meeting. I The Oukapiiringa, West Australia. Racing Club F bus in the last twenty-two years paid out S3.S2o in stakes, .30,225 in wages and .1,1.K in charity. The club gives only one days racing each year on Easter Monday. Financial troubles drove G. W. Doc Graydon, who formerly trained in Canada for J. II. Madigan and Adam F.eck, to attempt suicide rccentlv. and he i now an inmate of a Buffalo hospital, sightless. Friends in Canada have come lo his rescue and have straightened out his financial affairs. Horsemen at Jacksonville are also subscribing to a fund for his benefit.
