TAMPA TRACK GETS INCREASED PATRONAGE. Tampa, Fla., Fehruary 13. There -was a slight increase in attendance today, due to numerous new arrivals to attend the census celebration festivities which formally opened today and will continue for 1 lie next two weeks. Nothing out of the ordinary came with todays racing, favorites and well-backed horses accounting for all the purses. The sport was fairly interesting. By winning the Hunts Purse Friend Virgil will serve as the prize for the winning rider in the race for gentlemen riders, next Friday. TJiere were no acting stewards in the stand this afternoon. Judges Burke and Smith having full charge of the conduct of -the racing, and will continue to bo for the rest of the racing term. Waynu Joplin and James Gass will ship their horses to Jacksonville tomorrow. Jockeys Jensen, C. AVhite and E. Matthews were suspended three days each for disobedience at the Ist and Culley was given two days for a similar offense.
