PROPOSED RACING LEGISLATION IN COLORADO Denver, Col., February 15. The movement for the establishment of racing in Colorado on a more pretentious scale than has been, possible in recent years is taking shape. Two -bills have" been introduced in the Legislature which, will legalize racing with the pari-mutuel system of betting, and it is -planned to have at least two race meetings of thirty days at Overland Park in this city if the proposed legislation is enacted. The Senate Committee on Stock has reported the bills with a favorable recommendation. One gives any fair association the privilege of conducting one or more race- meetings between April 1 and December 1. The other follows the Kentucky law, which provides .for a state-.racing commission of live members. It is expected that both bills will pass,
