WALTKU SCOTT ran in forward contention from the start and, finishing with a rush, wore DAY MAY down and outgamed her in the final drive. DAY MAY set the pace and was much used in racing closely with NAUGHTY ROSK for the first three furlongs and tired, but finished gamely. NAUGHTY HOSE tired, but came again and finished courageously under punishment. MAHY LEE JOHNSON showed early speed, but quit badly. FHOGLEGS closed a big gap. THE SQUIRE finished witli a rush and would have won in a few more strides. GERMAN SILVER ran a good race and is ready to win. ORBICULAR also ran well.
