MINNOLETTE was, as usual, far back in the early running, but finished fast and resolutely. BALELLA showed much early speed, but tired somewhat in the stretch drive. MILPITAS showed the most early speed, but quit badly after setting the pace to the stretch. REDLASS ran fairly well. JOE WOODS was always outpaced. MARGERTTM rarf into third place quickly, but was unable to improve his position afterwards. SLIM PRINCESS closed a big gap into a close up fourth. GRIF also made up much ground.
